About Diamond S Horse and Cattle Co.

Diamond S Ranch was founded in 1990 by Lynn Sechelski. Lynn, a third-generation rancher, has been training ranch and performance horses for thirty years. Today, Diamond S Ranch is a breeding facility for Foundation Quarter Horses, its owner dedicated to reestablishing the original purpose and breed characteristics of the American Quarter Horse: Its mission is, as the Foundation Quarter Horse Registry states, “to preserve, protect, and perpetuate the working cow horse bloodlines of the Foundation Quarter Horse.” A Foundation Quarter Horse is a Quarter Horse that possesses the versatility and disposition necessary to do the many jobs required of it on a working ranch.

Diamond S Ranch is also a training facility devoted to the training of versatility ranch horses for versatility ranch horse competitions. Lynn trained Foundation Quarter Horse stallion Little El San, who won the Texas Foundation Quarter Horse Association Reserve Grand Champion for 2003.
